PRICING
How much does it cost?
Your home is your sanctuary. We want to help you create a space that truly reflects your personality and style at a price that makes sense to you. To give you an idea of typical remodeling costs, here is some cost examples based on our three tier pricing structure:
Base Remodel
2,000 sq ft home. Includes complete house repaint, brand new finish floors, minor non load bearing walls removals. Also a simple but nice update in your kitchen and two complete bathrooms. Replace all of your baseboards and upgrade the lighting. $150K
Advanced Remodel
2,000 sq ft home. Includes removal or reconfiguration of some walls in your home, remodel your kitchen with custom cabinets, remodel your primary and secondary bathroom, we also get you a brand new floor finish, replace doors and trim, and repaint your entire home. $250K.
High End Remodel
We remodel your kitchen, primary and secondary bathroom, reconfigure walls where necessary to fit the new design, brand new flooring, complete interior & exterior house, paint, all new doors and trims, and addition. $350k+.
Kitchen and Bathroom
Looking to update your kitchen or bathroom? Doing so will add the most value back to your home, and in general here are some general expectations of the cost:
Bathroom
With most common full bathrooms expect to budget around 5% of your home value. This includes new tile, paint, tub/shower, plumbing, lighting and plumping fixtures.
Master Bathroom
A master bath is one of the most valued rooms in a home. For a complete remodel a budget of 10% of your home value will include all new tile, flooring, custom cabinetry, countertops, tub, plumping lighting and paint.
Kitchen Remodel
The centerpiece of any home is a beautiful kitchen. For a complete remodel plan on a budget of around 15% which includes new cabinets, countertops, light fixtures, fixtures, flooring, backsplash and paint.
Keep in mind these numbers are to give you a general idea of what to expect. It could be more or less depending upon the extent of the work and the level of finishes and fixtures you choose.
